I've been focused on that last one for a while now.
It feels harmless, but when it gets applied incorrectly, it can cost more than you realize.
Whether it's real estate, stocks, crypto, or you name it, people think what goes up must come down.
And the doomers online feed into that making us wonder if they know something we don't know.
Anytime we see prices rise (especially if we missed out in the gains), this phrase kicks into our brains and makes us feel smarter for staying on the sidelines.
