About The Market Distillery

Our Purpose

The Market Distillery was created with one goal in mind: to help Florida Realtors answer the question "how is the local market?"

After 8 years as a mortgage banker in Jacksonville, I knew there was a need for high-quality information to help Realtors guide their clients.

The challenge for most Realtors is that the information available is often at a national level.

This can cause you think think and act one way, when your local market data could suggest otherwise.

Worse yet, most reports are a collection of numbers without any context or interpretation.

With a data-driven approach, we take thousands of data points about the local market and distill them into easy-to-understand insights that help you guide your clients to make wise real estate decisions.

Our Method

We guide our clients using our RISE method.

RISE stands for Research, Innovate, Strengthen, and Engage.

  1. Research: Guide your clients with credible, data-driven insights and proprietary local market metrics.
  2. Innovate: Identify opportunities other agents miss and add value to your services to help you stand out from the crowd.
  3. Strengthen: Cultivate a growth mindset and build your business to thrive in the ever-evolving real estate market.
  4. Engage: Create lasting relationships and loyalty through strategic engagement and modern marketing tactics.
