About The Market Distillery
WHAT IS THE MARKET DISTILLERY
Our Purpose
The Market Distillery was created with one goal in mind: to help Florida Realtors answer the question "how is the local market?"
After 8 years as a mortgage banker in Jacksonville, I knew there was a need for high-quality information to help Realtors guide their clients.
The challenge for most Realtors is that the information available is often at a national level.
This can cause you think think and act one way, when your local market data could suggest otherwise.
Worse yet, most reports are a collection of numbers without any context or interpretation.
With a data-driven approach, we take thousands of data points about the local market and distill them into easy-to-understand insights that help you guide your clients to make wise real estate decisions.
