The truth is we're all playing a game and few people realize it.
Unlike Monopoly, where you get a rulebook and it's clear how you win, we're mostly winging it and hoping we get it right with our finances.
When it comes to a huge decision like buying a house, it can be even more confusing. 😵💫
I guarantee either you or someone you know is wrestling with the idea of buying a house at this very moment.
Then we make it even harder on ourselves and collect opinions online and from our friends.
Unfortunately, the more opinions you get, the less clarity you have to make the decision.
What we really need is a rulebook or guide that clears it all up.

The Money Cycle That We All Live In
There's a repeating pattern that rules our economy and financial lives.
I call it The Money Cycle and it goes like this:
- 🛍️ We buy things — in many cases using borrowed money
- 🧾 Those bills come due and we can pay them most of the time. Eventually, we can't and the economy breaks down.
- 💰 The Fed prints money to get us going again.
And drumroll please...🥁 - 📈 Prices rise over time — especially in assets (real estate, stocks, collectibles, precious metals, etc.)
Rinse and repeat. Over and over.
💡 It's why every generation says "back in my days, that only cost…"
Use The System For Your Benefit
Sadly, most people are scared of The Money Cycle because of the pain in the middle.
They put off making decisions like buying the house because they're afraid things could go wrong.
But, we shouldn't spend our lives saying "what if" and staying on the sidelines.
Remember, the end of the cycle is rising prices.
It's the #1 reason to buy and hold real estate.
Anybody who's owned a house for a decent amount of time knows this is true.
And once you realize the game is rigged to rise over time, you can take advantage of the rules for your own benefit. 🤩
You'll never get ahead sitting on the sidelines.
The only way to win is to play the game.
Now, the big question is who needs to hear this?
You now know the rules of the game, but most people don't.
