There's a repeating pattern that rules our economy and financial lives.

I call it The Money Cycle and it goes like this:

1. 🛍️ We buy things — in many cases using borrowed money
2. 🧾 Those bills come due and we can pay them most of the time. Eventually, we can't and the economy breaks down.
3. 💰 The Fed prints money to get us going again.
   
   And drumroll please...🥁
   
   
4. 📈 Prices rise over time — especially in assets (real estate, stocks, collectibles, precious metals, etc.)

Rinse and repeat. Over and over.

💡 It's why every generation says "back in my days, that only cost…"

Use The System For Your Benefit

Sadly, most people are scared of The Money Cycle because of the pain in the middle.

They put off making decisions like buying the house because they're afraid things could go wrong.

But, we shouldn't spend our lives saying "what if" and staying on the sidelines.

Remember, the end of the cycle is rising prices. 

It's the #1 reason to buy and hold real estate.

Anybody who's owned a house for a decent amount of time knows this is true.

And once you realize the game is rigged to rise over time, you can take advantage of the rules for your own benefit. 🤩

You'll never get ahead sitting on the sidelines.

The only way to win is to play the game.
