Currently, our primary focus is on analyzing Florida (Jacksonville/Northeast Florida in particular).

This is because local statistics matter far more than national averages when understanding real estate markets and we have the most and highest-quality data available on the state.

It is our intention to expand to outside markets while maintaining our local focus in the future.

For example, the news and YouTube creators want to maximize views by promoting extreme points of view. This often involves predicting crashes or lottery-winning gains.

The Market Distillery was founded by Dr. Alex Stewart who earned his doctorate through The University of Florida and is trained to analyze the market using academically sound techniques to keep the analysis as neutral as possible.

Further, The Market Distillery is an independent company who has no incentive for buyers and sellers to transact.

Lastly, our data comes directly from reputable sources like local MLSs so that it is accurate and timely. 

Other companies use publicly available data which can be delayed or incomplete.

Primarily, we offer market coaching to active real estate agents.

This includes access to exclusive tools and analysis, a private member community, and monthly live coaching sessions where Alex reviews the latest data and trends in Northeast Florida and how to use them to help clients.

Additionally, we offer in-person presentations (MarketPulse 360) each quarter that provide a deep understanding of the local market, economy, and what to expect in the future. 

Finally, you can grow your skills with market stats through our digital course "Using Market Stats in Your Business." This class is approved for 2 hours of continuing education for Florida Realtors and will give you a solid foundation to begin using data with your clients instead of relying just on your opinions.
